Driver Requirements
Here’s what we look for in our company drivers:
- CDL-A license
- Minimum 2 years experience preferred
- Clean and professional communication
- Safe driving mindset
- Ability to complete paperwork and use technology
- TWIC preferred but not required
- Reefer, dry van, flatbed, or intermodal experience preferred

- 85% of Gross
- No Forced Dispatch
